Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and providing the best shopping experience. In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce Saudi Arabia and the Saudi E-Commerce Law, customers have the right to request a return or exchange under the following terms:
1. Return and Exchange Period
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Return or Exchange Conditions
To accept the request, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition and unused.

The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

The invoice or order number must be available.

The product must not be damaged due to misuse.
3. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

The product has a manufacturing defect.

A product different from the one ordered was received.

The product arrived damaged during shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

If the product has been used or opened in a way that affects its condition.

Products that were customized or specially prepared according to the customer’s request.

Requests submitted after the 7-day return period.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from the store, the store will cover the shipping costs.

If the return is requested based on the customer’s preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3 to 14 business days using the same payment method used during the purchase.
